With the new state budget in the process of being passed, we are once again facing an impediment to the continued growth of the film industry in Ohio. The House introduced a raised cap of $75 million per year, but that was reduced to $50 million in the Senate version of HB 33.
We are asking members of the Ohio film community and those supporting and supported by this industry to reach out and insist that the House Version of HB 33 with the $75 million cap be restored to the budget
